Founder & Principal Engineer

Marcus Phillips is a West Point graduate, U.S. Army veteran, and licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Florida. As owner and principal of Black Knights Engineering & Development — an engineering company licensed to practice in both states — he provides forensic engineering and feasibility consulting to insurance carriers, public adjusters, and law firms. With experience spanning federal projects and ground-up residential construction, Marcus brings a builder's eye and engineer's precision to every evaluation.
